As far as I know, and I don't know if it's still thing but Im pretty sure it is?. But um the people you scout for art, if they get in TROUBLE and abuse there privileges, they get de scouted and the person who scouted them suffers to and then the next one who scouted you and so on. So that's why people are so Carful not to cause a chain reaction.
Buuut I could be wrong and got things mixed up.
2 things you could do to get more info is 1. Post on the bus about this, or 2, pm a mod or tomfulp.

I scouted quite a bit of people, last I checked, before this happened, my scout number was in the 30s, checking back now however, it is in the 20s
